Aera is not obliged to accept any request by you for a cancellation or amendment of an Order

If you discover that you have made a mistake with your Order after you have submitted it to Aera via the website, you may request the Order be cancelled or amended. Aera does not guarantee that it will be able to cancel or amend the Order in those circumstances.

If you have made an Order and Aera is unable to process the Order or Aera does not accept the Order, Aera will notify you and the Order will be cancelled


You agree that it is not a defect in the Product or a breach of a warranty if in Aera reasonable opinion, following the sale of the Products to you, the Product has

- become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear

- been misused, or not used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, or been used in an abnormal way: or

- not had reasonable care taken by you in respect of the Product

You may return Product to Aera in circumstances where you believe the Product is the subject of a defect, or there is an applicable warranty claim 

Where the Product sold to you is confirmed to have a defect, or there is an applicable warranty claim, Aera will replace the Product or refund the Price of the Product to you.

If the Product is found not to have a defect or there is no applicable warranty claim contemplated by these terms, Aera will return the Product back to you and may charge you the delivery costs of the return.
